This bundle features the Edgecore DCS510 AS9716-32D, a high-performance switch designed for demanding network environments. It comes with 2 x AC Power Supply Units (PSUs) and supports both Back-to-Front and Front-to-Back airflow configurations, ensuring optimal cooling and reliability for continuous operation.

Pre-loaded with IP Infusion OcNOS Data Center, this package delivers a robust, scalable, and fully open-source Network Operating System (NOS). It enhances the switch’s capabilities, offering advanced networking features and the flexibility for customization to meet specific network requirements.

The bundle also includes a comprehensive 1, 3, or 5-year hardware warranty and software support, providing peace of mind and assistance.

The Edgecore DCS510 is a spine switch designed specifically for high-performance data centers. It offers line-rate L2 and L3 switching capabilities across its 32 QSFP-DD ports. Each port can support either 1 x 400 G or 1 x 100 G, or through breakout cables, 4 x 100 G or 4 x 25 G configurations. This switch can be deployed as a spine switch supporting 100/400 G spine interconnects, ensuring adaptability to varying network requirements.

Equipped with the Open Network Install Environment (ONIE), the DCS510 enables the installation of compatible Network Operating System software. This includes both open-source options and commercial NOS offerings, providing users with flexibility and choice in configuring their network infrastructure.

Key features and benefits of the Edgecore DCS510 include its incorporation of Broadcom Tomahawk 3 switch series silicon, ensuring high-performance switching capabilities. It comes in a compact 1 RU form factor, allowing for efficient space utilization within data center racks. The switch supports hot/cold aisles with front-to-back and back-to-front airflow SKUs, enhancing cooling efficiency.

All ports are conveniently located on the front for easy access, while PSUs and fans are accessible from the rear, simplifying maintenance procedures. Additionally, the DCS510 features hot-swappable, load-sharing, redundant 1300 W PSUs, and 5+1 redundant, hot-swappable fan modules, enhancing system reliability and minimizing downtime.
